1. Return Window & Conditions
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include a proof of purchase.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days with images of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement or refund based on your preference.

3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping costs.
If returning for personal reasons (changed mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
